Choice Legal Access, LLC provides members with professional legal consultation, an array of free services and full legal representation at special group rates (in some cases you pay up to 50% lower than what you would pay outside the plan).

 

Individual and Family Plans

Free Benefits include:

• Free 30-minute consultation with an attorney on any new matter

• Free preparation of a Simple Will

• Free preparation of an Advanced Directive and Durable Power of Attorney

• Free Initial Review of Legal Documents up to 5 pages.

• Free phone call or 1-page letter from your plan attorney if in the attorney’s discretion, a simple letter or phone call will resolve the member’s legal matter.

 

Discounted Flat Rates* certain matters including:

• Chapter 7 Bankruptcy ($1,900.00)

• Uncontested Divorce ($1,500.00)

• Form an LLC ($795.00)

• Eviction – Rent Court ($575.00)

• Debt Collection (small claims, district court trial judgement only) ($575.00)

• Simple Deed (no title search) ($575.00)

• Establish/ Modify Child Custody (Uncontested) ($1,500.00)

 

Guaranteed Low Hourly Rate for Other Matters** - For most non-fixed rate or contested matters, members will have access to attorneys at a guaranteed low hourly rate of $170 per hour or 50% off the plan attorney's normal hourly rate whichever is higher (most lawyers charge between $200 and $350 per hour).

Business Access Plans

Business access plans have ALL the benefits of the Individual and Family Access Plans PLUS the following:

• Initial Review of up to 3 independent documents (contracts, leases, etc) of up to 5 pages each month.

• Two telephone calls made on behalf of your business per month if deemed appropriate by your plan attorney. Follow up calls are made at the guaranteed low hourly rate.

• Preparation of Initial collection letters (limited to 2 per month). More than 2, and any follow up letters, are written at the guaranteed low hourly rate.

• Phone Consultation on any new matter. Thirty-minute time limit per subject matter. Time over the 30 minutes per subject will be at the guaranteed low hourly rate.

• Access to Registered Agent Services for your business in the state in which you are incorporated as well as other states where you do business.

• Access to a growing database of legal forms and templates for commonly utilized legal documents.

 

*Rates include attorney fees only and do not include costs such as filing fees, recording fees and costs for service of process where applicable.

**Plan attorney may request a retainer. Some highly specialized matters may require a higher hourly fee.
